About Nurse Granny
Established November 2023
Nurse Granny, sister to Nurse Nanny, LLC, was founded by Anna Kate Williams and Sara Michael Osborne. Nurse Granny is founded on our combined love for caring for others and passion for health care. Because all of our sitters are in the health professions, you can feel safe and assured that your family is receiving the best care while you are away.
Nurse Granny is managed by Sara Michael Osborne. In addition, she is a family nurse practitioner.

Taylor Burke
Taylor is from Brandon, MS. She is a Brandon High School and Jones Community College graduate where she played soccer. Taylor then graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is now a registered nurse at Children's of Mississippi on the pediatric step-down unit. In addition, Taylor co-manages Nurse Nanny Jackson and Oxford.
