Nurse Nanny was originally founded in Jackson, Mississippi by Anna Kate Boyd. Caroline Shaw manages Nurse Nanny Dallas, our fifth location.
Caroline is from New Orleans, LA and attended college at the University of Alabama. She moved to Dallas to pursue a career in nursing where she worked in the Cardiothoracic and Transplant ICU at Baylor Medical Center. She is now working as a home health nurse specializing in pain management. In addition, she is the mother of two boys.
