How do your sitters get paid?

Our sitters are paid every Friday. Their payment is deposited directly into their bank account. 100% of tips go to the sitter.

Do you only hire nurses?

No! We have a wide variety of healthcare specialties on our team. We have students and  graduates of nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and radiology.

Is there an opportunity for pay increase?

Some locations implement an incentive system where the sitters receive a raise after they reach a certain number of hours per month.

Is there a requirement for how often your sitters must work?

Some of our locations implement a requirement where the sitter must work at least once every two to three months, while other locations have no sitting requirement. 

What are the job requirements?

We require a healthcare background, either a student or professional. In addition, our sitters must be CPR certified and babysitting experience is highly recommended.
